首先建个outlook邮箱帐号，过不了人机就用Windows自带的outlook邮箱软件注册。

打开2号链接输入刚注册的帐号密码登录 地区选的 中国, 地址随便填 到信用卡界面关闭页面，打开3号链接网址复制邮箱帐号名xxxxx_outlook.com/#EXT#@xxxxxoutlook.onmicrosoft.com，登录4号链接网址，填写复制的邮箱帐号名，忘记了密码重置，到outlook邮箱查看验证码。

用3号链接网址复制的邮箱帐号名登录，左边菜单栏选 Billing 点开选 Purchase services 右边选 Office 365 找到 Office 365 E3 Developer Free 点击 Details，license 拉满25, 右边直接 buy。填完一些资料来到这里, TIN随便填几个数字, 支付选 Alipay完成。
